Email Warning: Prior to the snow event you will receive a custimized weather warning with video outlining our take on the winter weather that is approaching us. Dispatch Crews:Our team is strategically positioned to deliver prompt service through our virtual dispatch system. Monitor Service: Throughout the course of the snow event our Xtreme dispatch center is monitoring the progress of our crews through live GPS on all trucks and equipment via our virtual dispatch system. Service Quality Checks: Area supervisors check your property and devote special attention to specific customer requirements while adhering to our high standards of service. Email Job Reports: Our clients are promptly informed about the service we provided. 48 Hour Billing: Our clients are billed within 48 hours after the snow event is complete. This allows facility managers to manage and control their budgets. Evaluation of Service: We evaluate every single snow event to implement operational improvements when necessary.
