Xtreme Snow Pros 2017 Training Made the Snow 2017-2018 Season a Safe Success

Through the ice, salt, and snow, the most important part of our business is keeping everyone safe. That means our workers, our contractors, our clients, and their consumers. When snow is falling from the sky, and the winter wind blows strong and brutally, it can be hard to ensure absolutely everyone is safe and protected from what is to come. Those days can feel dark and hopeless, which is where our team comes into the picture. Winter weather doesn’t scare us; in fact, it motivates us to perform to our very best ability.

Everyone knows the Northeast winters can come out of nowhere. Never knowing when it’s going to start, it can go from being a crisp 57 degree fall day one day, to a blizzard the next. That’s why our team undergoes rigorous preparations 6-months prior to the next winter season. So yes, even though it’s hot and beautiful outside right now, that means our team is training for the 2019 winter season. We have no time to waste.

2017 Training

Reflecting on the winter we just had, it’s no secret that the 2017 to 2018 winter was one for the books. How were we able to stay on top of our game? By drawing on their comprehensive training we completed in 2017. Starting in May, we put TeamX through rigorous physical and mental training, preparing them for emergency situations that require quick responses and reflexes. We are difficult in who we permit to join TeamX, which is why during the summer months, we test out new employees to see who can make the cut.

Once TeamX is formed, we undergo hypothetical situations and simulated training, plus testing and education to ensure everyone is up to speed before the first frost is down. Consider the winter we just had, we were very grateful to have the team that we did, able to accommodate for the never ending barrage of snow, wind, and ice.

Safety First

We’re in business to keep our clients safe, which means expert winter weather clearing the moment snow starts to fall. Without our support, these clients are opened up to personal injury lawsuits – not to mention, the responsibility for real injuries. Safety is our main priority, which is what we are already covering in our 2018 training today.

Your safety comes first to us. If you feel like your past winter experience was anything but safe, it may be time to call in the winter weather clearing experts. We prioritize your personal health and safety, as well as the happiness and contentment of your consumers, making it a wise business investment for the longevity of your operation.

Consider hiring Xtreme Snow Pros today before the 2019 winter season creeps up on you.

Xtreme Snow Pros Announces New NJ Location

WM (1).jpg

Constantly working to fortify and expand current service offerings and options, Xtreme Snow Pros is not a company that remains complacent or static. That’s why, officially this week, the company announced a brand new location in New Jersey, able to accommodate their growing service demand and clientele. Servicing the greater New York City and New Jersey regions, the company felt a New Jersey base made sense for easy access in and out of the city – especially when road conditions become questionable.

The new location will officially be at: 99 Marshall Hill Road in West Milford, New Jersey. During the coming summer months, the company will be moving their headquarters to this new location, which is a larger and more fortified improvement than their previous headquarters. With the new square footage, they will be able to house more equipment and snow clearing infrastructure that is required to keep client properties safe and protected during the trying winter months.

Xtreme Snow Pros Expanded Offerings

It requires a lot of space to offer the suite of services that Xtreme Snow Pros makes available to clients today, which is why the team looked long and hard to find a location that they felt was just right. With the new space, they will be expanding their most popular services, including: state-of-the-art equipment and advanced products for snow and ice removal, remote webcams to monitor live weather conditions, equipment and treatment storage for the different services offering, anti-icing liquid storage, snow-fighting equipment storage, and other requirements that are increasing with the expanding clientele.

Going above and beyond the norm, Xtreme Snow Pros sends storm alerts to clients through a personalized dashboard, repairs grass and other proxy damage from the winter season, and uses environmentally friendly materials with reduced salt to support the surrounding ecosystems today.

Most passionate about clients and their safety today, Xtreme Snow Pros curate services that not only protects and fortifies locations, but also promotes longevity and success in that operation. Despite the warm summer weather ahead, now is the perfect time to consider onboarding a new snow and ice clearing company for the 2018.19 winter season.

Why You Should Consider Hiring a Snow Removal Company that Owns Its Own Equipment

equip (1).jpg

Snow and ice removal is no easy business. It requires heavy duty machinery, treatment chemicals and resources, and technological infrastructure that paints the whole picture in real-time. That’s a lot of responsibility put on the winter weather clearing company, which is why you want to consider a company that owns everything it uses in-house. When a blizzard is knocking on the backdoor, it doesn’t wait for service providers to assemble the equipment. It just comes.

Here are a few reasons why you should consider hiring a snow removal company that owns its own equipment:

RELIABILITY: If a company rents its snow removal equipment, what happens when the provider recalls it or doesn’t provide it in time, and snow is coming? A company that owns its own equipment is reliable; they will always be able to answer the call because it's their property. Snow and ice isn’t something to play around with today, and when you need reliable winter weather clearing services, you need them immediately.

EXPERIENCE: When a company owns their own equipment, they can train employees on it year-round. They don’t have to wait for deliveries or shipments to get everyone familiar with the tools. Instead, they have total experience immersed, using their owned fleet every year with the same hands.

EXPERTISE: Managing one’s own winter weather clearing fleet creates expertise among the staff, tasked with learning the ins and outs of the machine from front to back. Having that kind of knowledge is invaluable when winter weather is on the way and a machine needs a quick tune-up.

AFFORDABILITY: Although the up-front cost of buying the equipment can seem expensive, in the long run, it’s a more cost-efficient option to own the capital. As such, the company is able to offer more affordable rates to clients looking to secure winter weather clearing.

Here at Xtreme Snow Pros, we’re a one-stop-winter-shop, which is why we own absolutely everything we deploy and utilize on our clients’ commercial properties. We don’t need to wait around or answer to another person when crunch time comes. We have everything we already need, fine-tuned, and prepped, with an expertly trained staff that knows how to leverage it immediately.

Pay More for Services and Less for Risk with Commercial Snow Contractors

We’ve all heard the classic statement, “You get what you pay for!” It still holds true today for a lot of services and products – if not all of them. The problem is that though this common sense saying pretty much says it all when it comes to management, many business owners still try to cut corners to save pennies. Commercial winter weather snow and ice removal is not something you want to skimp out on.

It’s one thing to tell your lawn mower to skip one week since the rain forecast is a bit dry. It’s another to hire a cheap and inexperienced winter weather company that doesn't effectively remove and prevent snow and ice. The result in the latter case is a decrease in business, an increase in risks for personal lawsuit injury cases, and of course, the contribution to someone getting hurt. It’s just not an option to go for cheap, and here are Xtreme Snow Pros, we’re here to tell you why.

Poor Customer Service

Snow isn’t something that can be partially cleared and left alone for the remainder of the storm. Snow is its own demon and can consume your entire property, making it impossible for patrons to stop by and come in. With this kind of obstacle, your customers will pass you by and invest in the next company down the road with cleared streets, parking lots, and sidewalks. No one wants to trudge through the snow.

Plus, with expert 24-7 snow and ice removal services, customers will recognize that you run a serious, lucrative operation. If you present your customers with a top-notch facility, they’ll be more likely to invest in your services and consider you a top talent.

More Injuries

We’ve all fallen on the ice or snow. Depending on where and when it’s not a pleasant experience. Thousands of people break hips, knees, backs, and other painful places every year when they slip on the ice. The problem is that if it happens on your commercial property, people have grounds for a lawsuit. In this situation, you’ll be mighty sorry you passed up high-quality snow and ice removal services for a multi-thousand-dollar lawsuit.

And of course, who wants their loyal patrons getting hurt? It’s not a good look for them or for you.

You Get What You Pay For

Here at Xtreme Snow Pros, we have expertly curated technology that gives us real-time feedback regarding impending weather, as well as monitoring of physical locations. Through our salt, liquid ice melting products, and high-quality machinery, we’re able to keep our client’s properties in pristine condition through the toughest blizzards. With us, you most certainly get what you pay for: top-notch award-winning services you won’t ever have to worry about.

“It's unwise to pay too much, but it's worse to pay too little. When you pay too much, you lose a little money - that's all. When you pay too little, you sometimes lose everything, because the thing you bought was incapable of doing the thing it was bought to do. The common law of business balance prohibits paying a little and getting alot - it can't be done. If you deal with the lowest bidder, it is well to add something for the risk you run, and if you do that you will have enough to pay for something better.” - John Ruskin

Every snow contractor has a different approach to planning, overseeing, and administering snow and ice removal services during the winter season. By following the best practices out there today, firms like Xtreme Snow Pros are able to save business owners time and money through their high quality performance. Here are a few notable ways in which the beneficial relationship saves time and dollars:

1. Education:

Professional snow and ice removal companies are the experts when it comes to managing winter weather. Property managers are tasked with understanding a variety of services and problems for being effective. By working alongside the snow removal company, they will receive a steady influx of education that helps them to understand how to effectively and smartly treat the weather.

2. Anti-Icing Products

Salt isn’t the only ice solution available to business owners today. Contrary to popular belief, there are actually anti-icing liquids that can be utilized on properties prior to snowstorms. Xtreme Snow Pros uses this product, as opposed to excessive salting, as a way to save property managers money. Additionally, it spares the environment, too.

3. Salt Savings

Salt costs a lot of money today. Any business owner reading this will know what we mean. The problem is that many property managers don’t know there are alternatives. By working alongside a snow removal company, they will learn about de-icing liquids that are a fraction of the rock salt pricing. Property managers will also save money when there’s less environmental damage viewable at the end of the winter season.

4. Advanced Technology

Whether it’s the latest in snow hauling equipment or the newest advances in communication, a professional snow company knows to be ahead in order to provide the best service possible to its clients. Xtreme Snow Pros’ advances in technology are ever growing. They provide clients with log in capabilites to view the status and pictures of their properties in real time providing peace of mind and customer satisfaction.

5. Lawsuits

There’s perhaps nothing more expensive than dealing with a personal injury lawsuit. If a patron slips, falls, and is injured on commercial property, they have grounds to sue that company. Though property managers may do their best to try and prevent this kind of problem, it can become very difficult with the typical Northeastern winter weather. By working with a snow and ice removal company, commercial clients can rest assured that they’ll never be slapped with a multi-thousand-dollar lawsuit out of the blue.

Of course, Xtreme Snow Pros takes the time to develop a detailed snow response plan that prevents any kind of catastrophes for their commercial clients. In the long-run, they save property managers thousands of dollars – not to mention, they provide some peace of mind during the year’s most chaotic weather months.
